They know what's best. Sterling really wants a yes. If not we will be causing delay moving forward. This is a good deal and it needs to be done iMO. Let the shareholders decide and make their own decision please. A no vote is not in our best interest. We have people in here that know how to get a small company up and running good. We need to do what they want. Let's not hold them back and we will be repaid. They know better than we do here. They know their future plans, goals, etc. We do not know what they have planned. I think we need to let them do their thing. IMO
