I appreciate your opinion and I hope your on the square. I am curious though when I look at the company share structure on otc markets it shows outstanding shares of 314,648,000 as of dec 10,2013 and the float updated dec 23 2012 but the authorized shares are shown at 3000,000,000 and not updated since May 2013. Shouldn`t that be updated too and the a/s lower?
