You seem to know of them very well and to know their current situation is scary to say the least but now answer my second question please.

What do they have to do with the new direction of the company???

You seemed to be very bothered by those guys but you are taking it a bit far with the company and all your allegations. If you are right time will tell but atleast give it time. You are just going for the kill and dont really have an proper understanding of what the company is trying to do.

I hope you realize your pre bashing of the stock makes you look very suspicious and most can perceive you as having a motive of some sort, and its not to save investors as you state. Its a self interest one....
