1) It's one month old. There have been no updates or evidence since. The Superbowl is in 17 days.

the pro bowl is in 10 days. 5 trading days. what exactly would you like to hear about in 5 business days regarding an ad? if the paper is glossy or matte?

2) How can TWO separate companies (SWRF & TDEY) both sign the same deal? Who's obligated? Who's paying? Who stands to benefit? Who's on the hook when the check bounces?

it's called a joint venture agreement.

3) Even if (by some miracle) this magazine ad does get printed I sincerely doubt it'll generate any measurable revenue for either pos company. IMO most people agree with me as evidenced by the price of the stock.

this is possible. we do not know the reach of the program. we also do not know who did the copy and ad design to make it look insane and enticing, or look like a yellow page ad with clip art.

the price of the stock is EASILY manipulated. remember when you and I would discuss back in August when you said it was a dead duck and it shot up to two cents?

also, if you worry about dilution (which could be possible, but it could also be funding business operations, which makes sense since we don't have rev's yet; and i doubt any smart businessman would boot strap from his kids college fund for a spec like this), you should worry about naked shorting from MM's, since they can just as easily create more shares... great article here:
