ENTB WAS GOING TO BUY MEDISTEM A LONG TIME AGO AND ANNOUNCED IT PUBICALLY BUT THE DEAL FELL THRUOGH BECAUSE ENTB CEO WAS A CROOK AND BREACHES CONTRACTS AND NOW THAT COMPANY ENTB WAS GOING TO BUY IS UNDER INVESTIGATION ALONG WITH ENTB.
