This is Kurt's (IR) reply to the message I sent to him today.

This is the message I sent:
Kurt,
Shareholders can not be expected to issue a positive vote on an increase of authorized share count without additional transparency on the progress/plans regarding the GIFT issue.

As you are well aware, transparency has played an extremely important role regarding GrowLife's integrity/advantage compared to other companies in the space. To say there is no planned communication on this issue prior to the meeting and vote can not be acceptable in the eyes of the shareholders.
