Good try. But you couldn't be more wrong. Here's why...

1) The 4 stooges from SUNworks are NOT LOOKING FOR A 100-200% FLIP.
Come on, selling a company for peanuts? These are options that can be taken anytime within the next 2 years or so.

2) Nelson is not in this game for the salary and a modest 20mil shares @ .05 - .1. He's in it to set himself for life along with his wife and 10 children. (yes no type-o)

3) The SUN stooges have a profitable company already and business is moving along. Cashing in less then what they earn in 1 year is nonsense. Would you sell a business for 1 year earnings? I wouldn't... :)

Don't forget folks, the acquisition is great, but its not what we are here for. (or at least me for that matter)
