$8 a year from now isn't going to happen. Mostly because Exide won't get out of BK until at least April 2015. Rumour inside the company is that they want to get a full year of BK under their belt before exiting and their fiscal year ends on March 31.

I do think this is a good thing though because it means they want to get completely healthy before exiting, thereby not having to sacrafice commons for the sake of an early exit. I have a $4 target on June 5, 2015 since that is when 10-K comes out.
