Yes it looks like the CEO merged the co over to DE and that is all. It could be there for years before anything.

There are 3 types of stock traders in the market:
1. The ones that buy low and SELL High
2. The ones that buy high and sell LOW.
3. The ones that buy and hold and sometimes never sell.(They are usually the grumpy ones on the co boards.)
