Marvin Shannon's partner was convicted of fraud !!!

Metaswarm is really sketchy. I started digging around and this is what I found. CEO Shannon has his bio here -

Notice where it says Shannon was cofounder and EVP of Planetlingo? The other cofounder was this guy.

Presumably Marvin Shannon and David Topolewski trusted each other enough to start that company right? And yeah, they were coinventors of a patent application -

Well here is the rub -

Topolewski was recently convicted in a Calif. court of massive fraud, breach of fiduciary duty etc -

A multimillion dollar judgment awarded against Topolewski. For bad stuff he was doing with his company Qooco based in China, teaching English.

Gee, just like Shannon's company is supposedly doing things with vast potential in China, so too is his partner. And remember all you guys - Metaswarm has not posted any financials in the US for several years. There is NO hard information about it.
