These are >>NOT<< official game programs. There's no evidence whatsoever these things are even allowed on NFL property during these games. IMO the NFL tightly controls EVERYTHING that is sold to the public during these events.
No, I believe these NEP catalogs are sold/distributed off property (newsstands, sporting goods stores, collector outlets etc). NEP has likely paid a fat fee for a license to use some of the NFL's intellectual property (photos, names etc). The NFL also probably get a piece of all the ad revenue NEP generates from schmucks like Vakser/Ortiz.
Ortiz claimed these ads will include a QR (quick response) symbol that readers can scan which will take them directly to these Apps he supposedly has available. Problem is, the Apple iOS app has FAILED TO LAUNCH and the Android APP3DTV is a piece of junk no one apparently wants.
There's no evidence yet that Ortiz contracted and paid for these ads-- and no report on how many of these catalogs are supposedly to be printed and distributed.
Next stop-- multi-level marketing aloe vera juice and Thomas Kinkade art prints.
