Actually, the facts lend themselves to the position the company is in today quite accurately.

No products on shelves of any big box stores, or online on Walgreens.com or Drugstore.com and no proof of anything being done by MDIN with the (non-exclusive) patent license.

Funny games being played with the restricted shares, net loss on paltry sales (especially when compared to the forecast put out by Nick), dwindling cash and increasing shares available. Not to mention the ever shrinking PPS despite the claims of grandeur.

Sounds like a typical .000X penny stock to me.
