I don't want in the middle of this discussion but TSM Q413 earnings is out and this is from the conference call. The call is very interesting to an Intel investor.
"We have 2 fabs, Fab 12 and Fab 14, that complete the core of 20-SoC. And as a matter of fact, we started production. We are in the volume production as we speak right now. So it's in the high-volume production as we are speaking right now."
