Yes. But power is a factor of distance. So ideally you would not have a large a-frame. You can suspend lights... but that roof already has heavy solar panel and lights need to be fairly dense so I doubt they can get that through an engineer.
And you will need a backup generator. Do you see one? They are quite expensive to power lights. Also, you need very durable transmission lines to power them. Do you see them? Most large growers have a substation near by.
Anyone who lives there... where is the closest high wattage substation?
And where is the water coming from? Where is a water heater? Underground water supplies freeze and this place will need a lot of it. Where is the plan for a... never mind.
