I don't think it's a joke, but I think it is a tactic.

Look at the other filings (see my previous post) by Iroquois Master Fund (owned by Iroquois Capital, a Cayman Island Co) and some of the other plaintiffs (mostly venture capitalists etc. operating out of Bahamas etc.).

If I was a judge my first question would be to the plaintiff's lawyers... what took them so long to file? Why now? These complaints relate back to 2007 from what I read.
