Lincoln, regarding the Social App and other things

Lincoln, than you for the acknowledgement. I consider it slightly mischaracterized. I am doing due diligence on their product, its popularity, and constantly evaluating ways they can make it reach a wider mass audience. I happen to be very much like that they are producing something that helps people as well. I am willingly sharing my insights and opinion on this forum for other shareholders or would be investors. This App economy is changing everything at a far faster speed than even the internet boom (per Flurry analysis), so tracking and documenting things is kinda critical and has aided me greatly in my recall and assessment of company progress.

Show the best of the company? Be assured, I blister IR relentlessly with corrections, critiques, insights, suggestions, all in an effort to be engaged in the process of the company growing and succeeding. As evidenced by the global reach of Apps, and the success of other entities in this space, a small but driven company can grow lightning fast in a very short time frame. At the same time, there are companies that can establish a strong foundation with a deep infrastructure in the App world and do very well too. In mt biew, MRNJ has done the latter route so far, with an eye and effort towards the former as resources allow.

Social Media App. As the company said, they are seeking other avenues (i.e. diversification) of growth beyond AppFlix, Self-Help, etc...and with the incredible popularity of Social Media, I would consider in a gross omission for MRNJ to ignore or overloook the potnetial of that sector. I am well aware there are big Social Media Apps now, but that there is considerable room for more at this nascent stage of global reach, especially if it has a unique approach (like MRNJ has hinted at for this one).
If details are lacking on this under development App, it can very easily be because of client confidentiality terms, the keeping it close to the vest so as not to alert competition of its features kinda thing, etc....and I expect that we will get more disclosure of detail as the project gets close to launch. Hey, I always want to know more too, but I am confident more will be revealed on the "Blink" project as it approaches launch.

As for Appflix, it is not like they are working on either Blink OR Appflix. As laid out in recent status updates, both are moving forward in parallel.
I am sure that when AppFlix or Blink gets launched, that there will be appropriate Promotion. MRNJ has been in this business for a few years now and are very aware of the multitude of marketing channels that can be used to attain large awareness, and what ones are more effective (and cost effective BTW).

2000 apps: The problem is no longer too many Apps or no focus as you propose. As the amount of apps for sale has grown in the past 3.5 years (making app discovery a challenge), and Freemium Apps have been shown to monetize more effeciently and be received by the public so well, the company, well over a year ago (April 2012), transitioned to less mass production of individual apps, but focusing on larger apps with massive content embedded (the Mega-App). Now, MRNJ has 20+ Mega-apps released and they have proven to be much more efficent revenue generators than one-off individual Apps. Nevertheless, the 2,000+ number it is an excellent and straightforward resume descriptor to would be clients that they (MRNJ) have the know how and experience over time to have released so many Apps successfully in the marketplace. Really, its just one bullet point of accomplishement amongst many other the company has completed.

Not enough focus? Ehhh...I fall under the opinion of cash flow flexiblity (funds) and resource contraints (personnel) constraining their progress over any "focus" issues (company acknowledged such "bottlekneck" in a blog too).

IMO, all of those items are coming to a climax point or the same "finish point" in the first 6 months of 2014. Funding, AppFlix, company expansion in resources, faster product launch, and yes, clarity on share structure....they are all connected, or perhaps domino-like in their relationship.

Best Regards,

StormKing
