There is an irony in this situation for the FDA and the shorts. Rock Creek/Anatabloc is more valuable to the big pharma companies if the nutraceutical version is taken off the market.



How strong is the IP on Antbloc? Do they have the synthetic process patented? Are there other companies manufacturing synthetic versions? With JW being more of a scientific hack, and given his dubious track record, I wonder how secure the technology and IP are.
