Does anyone here still have to pay their water bill with checks? Over here in TX there are quite a few cities that I've lived in that only accept cash or checks at the city hall. As Ed stated before he plans to pursue government contracts, that would be sweet if I could pay my water bill using MyEChecks system or if I could bring in a blank check so they can use remote capture, then I wouldn't have to order checks anymore.
The water is my only bill that I can't pay using a credit card, if you do they charge $5 extra.
We are golden here, place those bids low & take as many shares you can from whoever is dumping then afterwards we should form a base in the low 4's.
