I believe the name change will happen
In combination with a major press release. At least within days of each other. I fully expect a nice Government contract with SKTO to be forthcoming soon. That announcement in conjunction with the name change will put the company in the forefront of the MMJ stocks.
Legitimate Government contracts will bring in the serious long term investors. I wouldn't be surprised to see a certain insider with a much larger share count than expected. GL2All
