re: TSMC dividends..keep in mind they pay an annual dividend (i.e. once per year)...so anybody saying their dividends > FCF should recalculate using four quarters of FCF...



A correct calculation will show that TSMC's dividends exceeded their free cash flow in all four of the last years. The problem isn't in doing the calculation - the problem is people in denial after the calculation.

TSMC is being crushed by its CapEx needs. That's a fact.
