Most of you probably already have this information, but for what it's worth.. here's some info I found when looking around.

Avstar is incorporated in Colorado and is in good standing as of today according to the Colorado SOS.

Also, their last filing with the state was 9/9/13, in which they filed a change of address to:

Houston, TX 77042
