Check out this PDF from June 2008 right before Geoff took over and asked the old regime to leave.

All the plaintiffs are listed in the prospectus as shareholders at that time.

Trying to figure out if the plaintiffs are trying to sue for money now because the know the price is going up and they want their warrants or because they no it's going under and they want money before that happens.

Any legal minds or accountants out there that can decipher?
