Very strange. Aside from the 15mil debt, which we are waiting to see if CDOC met their qtrly payments as outlined last year; which I imagine they did since they seem to have sold 5 EchoScopes in 2013 not to mention the nice Colmek and MarTech deals.

Something tells me this is either going to:
(a) be a 3.00+ per share stock
(b) us shareholders are going to get the boot somehow

Would love to see more transparency from Ann. Marie Gayle as well as the *note* holder. I know they have (still??) worked together in the past.

No reason this company should not explode if everything is on the up and up.

Just my opinion.
