"Has recieved a term sheet from a bank"!!! Real big deal, I can go to 10 banks and get term sheets for any number of reasons. CERTIANLY DOES NOT MEAN THAT THEY WILL BE WILLING TO LOAN THE MONEY.
Have you guys read the 10K, particularely the part that indicates that peii has a couple of litigation's pending against them in Texas, for failure to comply with term aggreements.
legitimate banks DO NOT loan to company's like PEII.
