I am reposting this from the middle of December and took a ton of heat that I was a short and basher but I laid out my concerns and coming true.

Interesting discussion here. I have been long term holder since when the stock was $1 a share and reloaded this past year at less than .008 so I like the performance the past few weeks. I have a few concerns to consider. When the merger was announced the value kept decreasing, I thought it should go higher. Lots of folks trying to tie people in the industry to markets new manufacturing plants and PLPE. I find the increase in authorized shares concerning, if it is truly to grow to company good if it is a way to line their pockets not so good. I think it is time the company lets us know the actual plans and not conjecture on a board.
