Great news. Now he can use the ppa to put a dagger in his opponent to seal the win, to hold it now in case of a runoff would be crazy. Unless he thinks it's an easy win without it and will use it to show the people they made a good choice and sign it afterwards to put him in the peoples good graces right away.
