Well ssh, there is nothing for you or me to do--let the Marcum people work their butt off to earn any money that they make!!!

My assumption would be that when they start preparing the 2012 first quarter 10Q they would have to compare certain information to 2011, and it would be their responsibility to read every single page of the 2011 filings--let them figure out the best solution to anything that is not too clear!!

If Marcum does a great job with the 2012 financials we will all be happy in knowing that from now on we have nothing to worry.
