Are you guys nuts?
First off, the SEC would not put this company out of business. They certainly could cease trading and perhaps have this company delisted as a public company. And who would gain by that? Only the insiders. Current shareholders would be left with nothing and insiders would continue on their merry way to profits and owning a profitable company without the hassle of answering to shareholders.
You want an investigation? Man, that could halt trading for months. Then you could really gripe about your investment here, and the lack of return.
Look, shares of any BB or OTC company are the currency of the company. That is and always will be. Just like the U S Gov't, when more currency is necessary to bolster the economy, more currency is printed and issued into circulation. So accept it or quit playing in this market. Buy some municipal bonds and take the interest every year.
As others have stated here, this is a crap shoot. Or a private poker game. If you don't like how the game is run or how much the house cuts the pot get away from the table. But don't be a jerk and call the cops to raid the game. Others still might want to play and accept the house rules, no matter how unfair YOU may think they are.
Get real, there are no perfect OTC or BB companies. You may get lucky and catch one on the way up (something like drawing to an inside straight), but looking for or trying to make a company conform to your ideas of fair play is incredulous. Play or fold, let the rest of us decide if we want to do likewise.
