Tell me again how CV2011 is the date that the previous lawsuit was awarded, yet the lawsuit that Michael Owen posted on LA times also has CV2011 on it yet this recent lawsuit of his is dated December 13th 2013?


The new lawsuit stems from a judgment already awarded to Mr. Owen in 2011 (CV 2011). Marani didn't pay then and since they claim they went out of business and the demand SURGED for their vodka, I'm sure it caught his attention.
