I am NOT predicting the end times lmorovan. I am not picking a day that Jesus Christ is coming back.

I am simply saying that the shareholder meeting will happen. The 10M shares will be approved, the accounting firm, approved as well.

Just like many of us predicted a winner in the Super bowl. With your silly logic, you could have argued that the Super bowl was no guarantee to happen. Well, no DUH.
