B2B....Ok....I can accept your response to my question about why the SEC stepped in if you want to revisit your post! I don't always type what people say in quotes because you know what you said so I don't need to remind you!

I really do appreciate your thoughts and I would like to share mine with you as well since you ended your post with a question as if you were asking if I agreed or for my opinion!

We tread dangerously close to the edge on some of our post but I want to backtrack a moment and then get to my answer to you.

We are lead to believe in the world of the OTC Pinks that all the CEO's like Jim Fallacaro are crooks. Many times I've seen it posted that 99% of all Pink companies are scams and are run by crooks! We all know that GTGP is on the Greys now. Then some investors come along with positive thoughts, some owning their own small companies and they just want to invest in something that stands a chance to make a return. Then you find some investors that realize how important small businesses are to our economy and we go so far as to even despise larger Corporate America because we know they have lost control of their ability to totally control the directions of their companies!

We also find factions that agree that all OTC companies such as GTGP are scams. Then we find factions of investors that think small businesses need a chance to thrive and survive and some of us go as far as to even become Board of Directors for some of these companies, maybe if nothing else but to clean them up and show proof that these companies can make it and conduct business legally...at least that is the hope!

What you can prove is that Jim Fallacaro did not file the required paperwork as is defined with the SEC and FINRA. I think we are all in agreement with that fact. We also know that whatever happened the timing of the post on the IHUB board, the knowledge some posters seemed to have, and the decline of the pps afterward wasn't a direct result of anything that Jim Fallacaro or GTGP did in a given day or two! We also know that the SEC has not taken any subsequent action at this time that has been made public! We also know that Jim Fallacaro is directly involved with J3!

We also know for a fact that based on the postings that were retrieved and forwarded to the SEC through the Whistleblower Program that there are other factors that seem to have come into play and that those seem to be getting as much if not more attention than the original problem! Jim Fallacaro and GTGP directly affected his shareholders and his company. But it wasn't a huge problem until the pps began to rise! I understand to some degree their timing if it truly was that reason they stepped in....to protect other investors! You have to agree with me though that they really haven't halted all the trading of GTGP. In fact they could have stopped it altogether but instead they allowed the trading to continue as it has now for many weeks after the SEC stepped into GTGP!

So my thinking is that to this point, and nonpublished, the SEC has found nothing they can do about GTGP except leave it where it is for the time being. Was it because someone called the SEC's attention on false information? Or was it because we have been trained to think that it just doesn't happen at this level of trading? That OTC companies can never be successful? I believe it is both!

But, with all that said, I see a much more serious problem and I've seen it since day one with GTGP and other stocks as well! We allow betting against the success of a given business! This is also what I believe happened with GTGP. Fallacaro set it up by not completing the paperwork and SOMEONE was able to put a play in motion! We all saw it...some while counting their money and some while wondering where their money went...but we all saw it!

Do I know what Jim Fallacaro is doing on a day to day basis right now? No, not exactly. But I am hopeful. Do I know what the SEC is doing right now about the obvious leaking of information that eventually found it's way into our lives here on the GTGP board? No, but I am hopeful.

We do know there is a product, a procedure, and a talent that is trying to find it's way into the world to try and make this a better place to be! I believe Jim Fallacaro is still working in that direction. And B2B I also believe that while we still need to clean some things up at this level of trading, we also need some of these small businesses to succeed! I believe it is imperitive that they do and betting against their success isn't something I can wrap my mind around!

Proof was sent to the SEC that showed leaked information was used to short GTGP and that there also is a possibility that someone alerted the SEC and got confirmation that the SEC was about to take action! Whether you or I believe what we believe to be the truth or not, time will tell us the truth!
