Ray, if you remember from many of my previous post I said it ain't over until the written opinion.(which I supposed hadn't come because he didn't want to get overturned)
Well thank you my friend! So much time has past that I had completely forgotten about that aspect. I don't think that I've looked at that link in at least 3 months.

That is the larger thread to hold onto. No judge's ruling is final until its "written" for the log books. (aside from the fact that you can appeal a ruling)
Of course I'll curse your name 6 months from now for getting my hopes up again,LOL!
