Bar, as an intelligent person I think you should stop concentrating on the information that you are presenting which DOES NOT APPLY TO FIRST CHINA.
I have looked again at the earliest data when Moore is mentioned in 2008 and that applies to the former SHELL COMPANY known as:
E-Dispatch, Inc. (A Development Stage Company) as of March 31, 2008
The next event takes place when:
On October 18, 2009 (the "Dismissal Date"), the Board of Directors of
E-Dispatch, Inc. (the "Registrant") dismissed Seale and Beers, CPAs ("Seale"),
its independent registered public accounting firm whom it had previously engaged
on August 7, 2009, but which firm has not provided any services to date.
There is no further mention of Moore from that date on.
Going further forward in time the same E-Dispatch files some other report in February 2010
In accordance with Section 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934,
the Registrant caused this Report to be signed on its behalf by the undersigned,
thereunto duly authorized.
E-DISPATCH INC.

It is meaningless for me to continue to explain to you that E-Dispatch was just a shell company that never did any business. During that time of Reverse Mergers, First China acquired the empty shell and set up the company as it is now and as I have mentioned already their first auditors was Parker. First China has no connection whatsoever in selecting or using Moore as an auditor at any time since its incorporation--they always dealt with Parker which is located in China.
