It's totally outrageous that Simpson announces a deal w Walmart 3 weeks ago on the MOJO website instead of announcing such a material event for MOJO through normal press release channels like Pr newswire, Reuters, Bloomberg or DJ newswire.

Simpson never gave any guidance or follow up press releases with start dates, quantities, value of deal or even a shareholders call to give corporate update on the Walmart transaction.

This really smells............

I think we are entitled to at least an Annual Shareholders Meeting...... with a Q & A.

After all we as shareholders are the real owners who actually gave him money to stay in business

Simpson didn't pay for any of his own stock nor did he invest any of his own money in MOJO but he believes he is entitled to 36.4% of the company for free. ABSOLUTELY INSANE.
