They are slow...but not stupid....Premier Brands that is. While everyone "hates" the CEO, he is a business man and understands numbers and concepts.
It's not every day that you increase your SS....They will not drop shares into a market at .001 (750M * 0.001 = $750,000) when they can at .025 (750M * 0.025 = $18,750,000)... come on people...
Why do you think the share structure has stayed put (and you can verify per Wyoming Sec of State)...it's because they're waiting to finalize GI's (or multiple) PR(s) before dropping shares....this will still see pennies, be patient and accumulate...otherwise you'll be kicking yourself!
Advice---when it does reach 0.025+ PPS, don't buy like some people!
