By the way, did I ever mention how last year, when they had a tech support number to call, I tried to call it. Someone answered. They got irritated that I was calling and when I asked if they were TLFX tech support, they said "um, oh yea". The guy forgot he was supposed to be the tech support guy. Imagine that?
