There's a better reason to follow pennies... while a few are pretty slick, most are like watching the 3 Stooges. Moore, especially was hilarious. I'm guessing he was probably whacked out on drugs or alcohol.

I'm not a CPA but errors just jump out of his "work." In a filing for another stock, he didn't even have the year correct. I contacted the SEC but I'm sure they were on him already.

Moore got lots of business because he was dirt cheap and willing to play along with management. That crap sometimes worked OK a decade ago. But not these days.
