AOL, CompUSA in Marketing Pact

DALLAS (Reuters) - Computer retailer CompUSA Inc. and No. 1 Internet service provider America Online have joined forces in a marketing alliance, the companies said on Monday.
Under the agreement, AOL products and services will be offered to CompUSA shoppers, and AOL will promote CompUSA across several brands.
CompUSA will create America Online displays in its 218 CompUSA Superstores nationwide. America Online also will be featured as CompUSA's preferred interactive service.
AOL is part of media giant AOL Time Warner Inc. (AOL).
