Unfortunately, I honestly believe that they have put themselves in a position where they can easily be forced out of business. And I'm not talking about the SEC.Just taking a poll here...
Who honestly believes that there is enough evidence to support fraud in a Civil Lawsuit.
I for one believe this is the case.
Any other takers.
Now maybe if Matin, or others stepped down, this might not be necessary. Otherwise, I believe this is the quickest way to either shut down or clean house...you couldn't predict the outcome, as you can not predict the outcome should (if) the SEC gets involved.
