Here is what I think is happening. Someone is keeping the stock steady and VELA is preparing for a run. I won't say how big I think this run will be because who knows who will buy in at this point, but every day we close evan right before close. Someone is making that happen and I don't think it is an accident at this point. I guess another big question is what George's next move could be?
