I'm not sure it matters now with everyones market cap rising andi had heard banks were going to "do it anyway" through middlemen of sorts such as lending institutions so considering how man and greed are....throw in some bankers and some high interest [ but less than toxic ] lenders and you got the ingrediants. I saw an agreement for 43 million of capital for one of the other stocks and they have all been moving shares so i think the sector is sitting much better. I do agree we would want outright bank support if we had a choice but i think its baby steps right now....hopefully the article will fill the gaps.
