We don't know how cheap or how expensive the financing will be. They have not disclosed the terms. If they sell the stock for $1.30 plus warrants again, it won't be so cheap 8-). On the other hand, if they manage to place some of the shares at an above-market price with a ex-US partner, it would be great.

Bottom-line is we just don't know, so it's a little early to cheer or jeer. Either way, the financing had to get done.
