You're not sure how Tim can trade shares? You do know Xytos isn't real. That's another thing Tim is being accused of. You know Tim tried to pass of Xytos as a real company to be able to trade on the German exchange.
His tie to the Dove Clinic was terminated by the Dove Clinic when they realized Tim was making false claims about Xytos. Yet, Tim PR'd the Dove clinic hoping to get a run on the stock even after it was dead.
