Customers simply load the card, and they can use it at ATMs, for point of sale purchases and for long distance phone calls without calling additional phone numbers or having to remember separate PIN numbers. In order to make a long distance call, the consumer calls a single toll free customer service IVR number located on the back of the card. Once in the IVR, making a long distance call is as simple as any other traditional feature, such as listening to your current account balance or recent transactions. Additionally, we believe that since Morgan Beaumont owns and controls the switches, it creates more value and a positive experience for the customer as we can customize any specific feature or functionality.
