Greengro Technologies Announces Zoning Approval for Arizona Cultivation Project

January 13, 2014 - Greengro Technologies (PINKSHEETS: GRNH) announces its client has obtained the long awaited approval from regulatory officials in Arizona for a significant marijuana cultivation project. This zoning approval paves the way for final design implementation of contracts as well as maintenance agreements.

This project will represent one of Arizona's state of the art grow operations under the new Arizona Medical Marijuana Act. Greengro will complete the design phase by the end of Q1 2014 and will begin implementation in Q2 2014 where it will provide all construction services for the grow operation. Equipment for the project will also be provided by Greengro under the FLUX Lighting brand of products through its subsidiary Vertical Hydrogardens.

"We are very excited that the final regulatory approvals are now in place that allow us to conclude the design phase and advance the scope of this project," states James Haas, CEO of Greengro Technologies. Haas goes on to say, "Our team of industry professionals are fully equipped with the expertise and resources necessary to execute similar agreements across the country, with near-term opportunities in Colorado, Washington and Illinois, as the laws of the states are implemented."

"Greengro was selected for this project based on their complete understanding of the full scope of requirements necessary to successfully execute a project of this magnitude. We look forward to working with the team in all phases of the project as we move forward in building out one of the Arizona's state of the art grow facilities and have all the confidence in its successful completion," state Anthony Macdonald and Dr Mark Seigel.
