That article was posted dec 1 2013 and in the article it says with two months of voting left ect. We now only have less then 1 month left till all votes come in. So according to are supplemental news just a week ago I think that would be more accurate at 20 to 20 % between the top runners. Still not close enough to the 40% so a runoff is most likely but who knows for sure. I would also think two weeks before the signing we would see some stock action at least.
