Argh Trade, but here's the thing... Why can't anyone seem to find an attorney to take it on?

Its a costly endeavor.. AND..

How about the disclaimer by each person's own brokers that I seems to see... "no guarantee, no insurance,.. may loose money" ?

How about, ultimately.... the individual investor decides by his-self, when to invest, what to invest in, how much $$$ to spend on it and when to get out. Everyone needs to take responsibility fer their OWN individual actions and inaction, gains and losses, for spending too much and each individual take a greater part of the blame themselves. This cannot be ignored in me opinion. I don't see how it would be ignored just as the sun rises and sets. It is reality.

As fer criminal liability such as fraud however, oh yes! Then there's the SEC ! The cavalry! The mounties!
