re: linuspop. That's exactly what I figured. I looked up the website of the financial advisors. Their business is to assist in getting private placements. Looking at their track record with previous clients, they were able to get market value for the shares they sold. So I don't look for any discount, but there will be some dilution. However, NCNC really needs to clean up their balance sheet. This would allow them to correct any problems with suppliers, thus allowing them to turn orders into revenue. The company has the potential to "take off" but they are so financially handicapped now that it is difficult for them to take advantage of the opportunities they've been presented. I think the closing of a financial deal, even with dilution, would be viewed as a real positive for this company. The shares are trading in a narrow range and just need that extra push to break into the $.70's.
