Here's the evidence you want, Russ.
The grant of US Patent 7583191 (in September 2009).

Patent 7583191 is for the relay of audio and visual data from a video camera and microphone to a cellular telephone. It is in the same field as the REVO patent. But it doesn't belong to REVO.

The issue of that patent made REVO just one of (at least) 2 patent holders with technologies relevant to the home security industry. Which means that there is no single patent holder with control of technologies capable of being used in the home security industry.

That's pretty obvious isn't it?
