Does the stockbroker know why Scott mislead shareholders while he announced his intentions to do the following:

1. Isssue Audited Financials (6 years ago)

2. Uplist (6 years ago)

3. Complete deal with SOE

4. Obtain rock study from the SOE

5. Sign agreement with other financial suitors

6. Sign a JV

Scott is the one with no answers, not a stock broker.
